I currently studying in UiTM Puncak Perdana majoring Information System Management to increase my knowledge, expand my experiences and achieved my goals. I have experiences in customer service with experience of resolving escalated customer complaints and issue. I described myself as someone who highly organized, detail-oriented and always seeking for new skills in related fields.
